Our Mission

Advancing Open
Source Bioinformatics

Biological networks are a fundamental representation of molecular relationships. By making the tools to analyze them open and accessible, we accelerate discovery across the full spectrum of life sciences.

The Cytoscape Consortium coordinates contributions from dozens of research institutions, ensuring our software remains world-class, community-driven, and freely available to all researchers.
